It has been a long journey to secure our second investment property in Kuala Lumpur. (Champagne glass clinks) From our very first viewing in July 2013 and to signing the Sales & Purchase agreement in October 2013 and finally the bank has released the loan just today! It certainly marks a milestone for us. Here's hoping it is a sound investment in view of the nearby MRT station to be located just 200m down the hill and an established shopping complex metres away. Fingers crossed.
Two things different from our first property.
1) Located in Wilayah Persekutuan intsead of Selangor
2) A Strata title instead of landed title
