Aotearoa trip...falling in love all over again

So it's been 4 years since I last visited. 2 years for the missus. Weather was kind to us and seeing that it was autumn, Mother Nature couldn't have been any better to us. Only a rainy day in our entire 13 days here.

Did a road trip up north as soon as the missus was done with her interview. A walk to Mangawhai Heads, Mahinepua Peninsula and Paihia. We stayed in Copthorne, Bay of Islands next to the Treaty of Waitangi which we visited on the last day of our trip. Alas, we did not manage to squeeze in a visit to Russell due to time constraints.

Puhutukawa honey ice cream @ Honey Center, Burger Fuel, visit to the fish market and Wynward Quarters, visit to the Hamilton land and development where we went persimmon and mandarin picking, Big J's Takeaway (Mt. Wellington), Georgie Pie with fries, fish and chips, pies and more pies!
